With over 35 years in the beauty industry, Kelly Edge has dedicated her career to helping guests look and feel their very best. As the owner of Leading Edge Salon for the past 24 years, she has created a welcoming, supportive space where exceptional hair and nail services are delivered with genuine care, intention, and attention to detail.

Kelly’s passion extends beyond her guests to the next generation of professionals. Through Leading Edge’s Associate Training Program, she mentors and develops future stylists, providing hands-on education and a strong foundation for long, successful careers.

Under her leadership, Leading Edge Salon has been honored as Best Salon of Fayetteville nine times, a reflection of her commitment to excellence, education, and creating a salon experience that feels both elevated and deeply personal. For Kelly, Leading Edge is more than a salon, it’s a family, a legacy, and a place where both guests and stylists thrive.

Originally licensed in 1992 from Ohio, I have made Fayetteville my forever home! I have been with Leading Edge for over 20 years! Being a part of this award-winning salon and watching it grow is a dream come true.

Through the decades, I have seen and done it all. From mullets and mall bangs, to perms and mermaid hair! I currently specialize in natural hair color and color correction while maintaining hair health. 

I am passionate about not only making you look good but also feeling good! I look forward to seeing you and welcoming you to the salon family!

I’m a Fayetteville local with over six years behind the chair at Leading Edge. I specialize in lived-in color, balayage, fantasy shades, and custom color transformations designed to feel effortless and personal.

As a Redken Shades EQ specialist, I’m known for honest consultations, attention to detail, and a vibrant, welcoming personality. My goal is to create an experience where you feel comfortable, confident, and truly heard; whether you’re going for something subtle or a bold change.

In addition to working behind the chair, I take an active leadership role within the salon through mentoring and education. I’m passionate about helping other stylists build strong foundations, refine their skills, and grow with confidence. Leading and teaching others continually pushes me to evolve, stay current, and bring a higher level of intention and expertise to every client experience.

When you sit in my chair, you can trust that your hair is in thoughtful, experienced hands and that you’ll leave feeling like the best version of yourself.

I specialize in custom layers, I am passionate about all aspects of color, including lived-in looks and blonde transformations. My goal is to create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for every client who sits in my chair. 

Originally from California, I have proudly called Fayetteville home for over three years and have been at Leading Edge for more than three years. Fueled by 7 Brew energy drinks and a love for smoothies, I am dedicated to delivering exceptional services and results. 

I’m a hairstylist with over 30 years of experience in the beauty industry. I trained through Aveda Salon and Spa, worked with top educators worldwide, and have styled for the Miss World, Miss USA, and Miss America Pageants. My career has included salon ownership and international experience, including working in Japan.

I truly love all things hair and specialize in highlights, cuts (including curly and textured hair), perms, fantasy color, and men’s cuts, including military styles. I’m based in Fayetteville, NC, where I volunteer with the USO at Fort Bragg, proudly support the military community, and am a mom of two.

 Born in China and shaped by the unique experience of transracial adoption, I’ve spent the last decade calling Fayetteville home. My life is a collection of stories—both the ones I’ve lived and the ones I lose myself in through the pages of my favorite books. When I’m not reading, you’ll usually find me exploring with my favorite four-legged sidekick, Shadow.

Hair is my canvas. From bold, vibrant fantasy colors to custom-tailored haircuts, I love the craft of hair in all its forms. But more than technique, I care about you. My goal is to create a space where everyone feels seen, confident, and radiant by the time they leave my chair.

Hi, I’m Natalie! I’m a 20-year-old hairstylist originally from Puerto Rico, and I bring creativity and passion into everything I do behind the chair. My goal is to create hair that feels effortless, healthy, and completely customized to you. Whether you’re looking for a subtle refresh or a bold transformation, I’m here to make sure you leave feeling confident and beautiful. When I’m not in the salon, I’m a proud cat mom and a true coffee lover.

I’m a 19-year-old hairstylist from Benson, NC who loves a good challenge and enjoys all things hair. I keep things fun in my chair and make sure every guest feels comfortable—always with plenty of laughs along the way. I’m passionate about healthy hair and making sure each client feels confident, cared for, and heard.

I’m constantly working to grow as a stylist through continuing education and learning new techniques so I can deliver the best results possible. Also, I love Dr Pepper and anything spicy—so you can always expect good vibes in my chair.
