With 35 years of experience in the hair industry and 23 years as the proud owner of Leading Edge Salon, I am passionate about creating a space where both guests and stylists can thrive. In 2019, we transformed into an educational salon, dedicated to fostering the growth of our talented team and mentoring the next generation of hairstylists. Our mission is to not only provide exceptional services but also to empower future professionals with the skills and confidence to succeed in this ever-evolving industry. 

Originally licensed in 1992 from Ohio, I have made Fayetteville my forever home! I have been with Leading Edge for over 20 years! Being a part of this award-winning salon and watching it grow is a dream come true.

Through the decades, I have seen and done it all. From mullets and mall bangs, to perms and mermaid hair! I currently specialize in natural hair color and color correction while maintaining hair health. 

I am passionate about not only making you look good but also feeling good! I look forward to seeing you and welcoming you to the salon family!

I specialize in lived-in color, balayage, fantasy colors, and custom color transformation. As a Redken Shades EQ specialist, I am known for my honesty as a stylist and vibrant personality, ensuring that every session in my chair is both enjoyable and transformative.

A Fayetteville local, I have proudly been with Leading Edge for over five years. As an educator at the salon, I am passionate about teaching the latest trends and techniques to aspiring stylists, helping them to become well-rounded professionals.

I specialize in custom layers, I am passionate about all aspects of color, including lived-in looks and blonde transformations. My goal is to create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for every client who sits in my chair. 

Originally from California, I have proudly called Fayetteville home for over three years and have been at Leading Edge for two years. Fueled by 7 Brew energy drinks and a love for smoothies, I am dedicated to delivering exceptional services and results. 

I have a true passion for creating stunning curls and unique, out-of-the-box colors and cuts. While I'm skilled in a variety of techniques, I love bringing creativity to every style I create. My mission is to provide an exceptional guest experience and leave you feeling your absolute best. When I'm not behind the chair, I enjoy spending time with my cats, exploring crystal shops, and catching up on reality TV (let's chat about your favorite shows during your appointment!). I'm here to help you look and feel amazing, and I can't wait to have you in my chair!

I specialize in custom color transformations, ranging from blondes to vibrant reds, and take pride in delivering a creative and personalized experience for every client. As a proud graduate of Paul Mitchell Fayetteville, I am commited to ensuring that each client leaves the salon feeling confident and refreshed.

Beyond the salon, I have a passion for baking, enjoy staying updated with the latest Netflix series, and love to unwind at the beach during vacations.

I specialize in color, balayage, and creative color transformations. Known for my sweet, caring and honest approach, my primary goal is to ensure you feel happier and more confident after every visit. As a proud graduate of Paul Mitchell , I bring expertise and a personal touch to each client's experience. 

In my free time, I enjoy refreshers from Starbucks, eating delicious foods, especially cookies and staying active at the gym. 

I'm a hairstylist who loves being creative and working on a wide variety of services color, cuts, braids, foils, nails and more! I'm not stuck in a box, and I enjoy exploring different styles to make each client feel unique and confident. My space is all about being chill, comfortable, and completely judgement-free, so you can relax and feel at ease.

Outside of work, I'm a full-time mom who loves spending time with my family and cooking. I'm also a team player who thrives on collaboration and helping others. My goal is for you to leave feeling 100% more yourself than when you walked in!
